Zero Text Collection

Text typed or pasted into our generator never leaves your device memory. Transformations run entirely in your local browser JavaScript engine.

No Account Required

No sign-up, email submission, or login passwords. You have immediate, unrestricted access to all 250+ styles and 20 tools anonymously.

No Tracking Cookies

We do not use advertising tracking cookies, third-party behavioral pixels, or cross-site user identification scripts.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike cloud-based editing services, Fancy Font Generator operates under a strict client-side paradigm:

  • No User Generated Text: Anything you type, paste, or transform (bios, passwords, usernames, quotes) remains solely in your browser memory and is discarded upon tab closure or page refresh.
  • No User Accounts: We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or social media handles.
  • No Database Logs: We operate no backend database to log your queries or search keywords.

2. Client-Side Local Storage (localStorage)

To provide convenient personalization without compromising privacy, our application saves a limited amount of non-sensitive preference data directly onto your device using the browser’s standard localStorage API:

  • Favorite Styles: Style identifiers you mark with a star for quick access.
  • Recent Copy History: Capped at a maximum of 10 recent items so you can re-copy text without retyping.
  • Interface Preferences: Your preferred theme (Light, Dark, or System) and preview text size (Small, Medium, Large).
User Control: You can wipe all stored preferences and copy history instantly at any time by opening the Preferences & History modal and clicking Clear All History, or by clearing your browser site data.

3. Advertising, Monetization & Third-Party Services

We believe in complete transparency regarding network traffic and monetization:

  • Static Assets & CDN: Your browser downloads pre-compiled HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files hosted on our global content delivery network. Standard HTTP server logs (such as IP address and user-agent) may be recorded temporarily by infrastructure providers strictly for DDoS mitigation and server diagnostics.
  • Google AdSense Monetization: To support our free tools, this site is architected to display advertisements via Google AdSense when enabled by the site operator. When active, Google AdSense uses cookies or mobile identifiers to serve relevant ads.
  • Consent & Non-Personalized Ads (NPA): Where legally required (such as under GDPR/ePrivacy in the EEA and UK, or CPRA in California), we provide an upfront consent banner. If you choose "Contextual Only", Google AdSense is configured to run in Non-Personalized Ads mode (requestNonPersonalizedAds = 1), serving purely contextual ads without behavioral tracking.
  • Text Isolation: Any text you type or paste into our generator is processed purely in your local browser memory and is never shared with or readable by Google AdSense or any advertising network.
  • Self-Contained Fonts: All typography utilizes native system font stacks. We make zero runtime requests to external Google Fonts servers.

4. Children's Privacy

Because Fancy Font Generator collects zero personal information, we do not knowingly solicit or maintain data from children under the age of 13. Our utilities are safe for general public use by creators of all ages.
